1) Mr. Milan Dalal, aged 56 years, is the Director of the Company. Mr. Dalal holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Mr. Dalal has over three decades of experience in the various fields like stock broking, financial consultancy, M & A, travel agency, lifestyle retail, agro industry, manufacturing and export etc. Mr. Dalal is currently directors on various other companies.

2) Mrs. Veena Dalal, aged 51 years, is the Whole Time Director of the Company. Mrs. Dalal holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Mrs. Dalal has over two decades experience in various fields like interior designing, real estate broking, lifestyle trade and retail.

3) Mr. Keshav Jetsey, aged 60 years, is the Independent Director of the Company, Mr. Jetsey holds a degree of B.com from the University of Mumbai and FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Jetsey is a Practicing Chartered Accountant with over three decades of professional experience, providing Income Tax consultancy and Audit services to various private and Public companies.

4) Mr. Radheshyam Swami, aged 75 years, is an Independent Director of the Company and has over more than two decades of experience in the field financial management. He is also member of Audit Committee of Company.

5) Mr. Krishnamoorthy, aged 64 years, is a Company Secretary and has over more than two decades of experience in the field of restructuring and merger/acquision, Sourcing, Secretarial, Legal, Finance and Corporate Governance.
